In partnership with Emory & Henry College GIS professor Michael Armbrister, employee of United Methodist Appalachian Ministry Network, I along with a team of geographers prepared various data for the United Methodist Church about the spatial possibilities of ministry opportunities in the denomination's Holston Conference in East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. In a classroom that operated as a consulting firm, I was responsible for providing social data from many different sources and producing both working GIS tools and polished maps of which a sample appears below.
